Original Prints:
Once you purchase an original print, you own and have exclusive rights to both the print and image. You do anything you desire with them to and including re-selling, publishing in magazines/calendars/etc., with total rights to all royalties. The only requirement I have is that you give this gallery and the photographer credit as the originator and creator respectively. There is a higher probability of significant realization of investment as the photo artist recognition and reputation increases and you are the only owner of the print and image. If you desire to make more prints of the image, that is your right.
All Limited Edition Prints:
You own one of the limited quantities the print itself, but do not have rights to the image. Owning a limited edition print is an investment opportunity, especially if you are familiar with the quality of work of the photo artist and recognize the value of the print(s) can only increase as their fame grows. If you desire, you can re-sell the print at any price you desire. If you want to buy one or more of my limited edition prints and turn around and re-sell them at a comfortable profit, that is fine. Again the image itself is still the property of this studio and the photo artist and cannot be reproduced or published without the permission of the studio and artist.
